THURSDAY 2nd April 2009 A successful day for Prism Power at the Datacentre Dynamics Energy Efficiency Summit in London Prism Power was delighted to participate as sponsors at yesterday's Datacentre Dynamics event at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. With the theme of the conference on energy efficiency, Prism Power took the opportunity to further publicise our groundbreaking and patented 6300A 100kA naturally ventilated switchboard to over 300 delegates who attended the Energy Efficiency Summit. Prism Power was proud to show our focus and commitment on green operations and demonstrate our drive to meet energy saving targets through continued research and development. The event marked the 3rd Annual Summit that was scheduled to move the energy efficiency debate forward and challenge the relationship between data centre efficiency and performance, as Datacentre Dynamics' publisher George Rocket points out: 'Energy efficiency programs can not only make huge operational cost savings but are also an effective way of addressing a corporation's carbon risk, especially with forthcoming UK government initiatives such as the Carbon Reduction Commitment due to affect many operations through 2010. Adding productivity metrics to the equation will further concentrate operators' minds on delivering maximum performance per watt.'
